Northport IBD Study – Needed: all past & present residents participation!

If you do, or have ever, lived in Northport Washington please take a moment to complete a five minute health survey.

We need both residents diagnosed with Crohn’s or Colitis and residents not impacted by either illness.  To have an accurate study we have to have as many as possible from both categories.

If you could take a moment to participate in a short, on-line survey, you will be helping further the research in these debilitating diseases, usually diagnosed in early childhood.  Take just a moment to complete the survey.
